Yesterday was really hard for me. I spent all day just thinking about food. I did good in what I ate though, so I am happy about that. I just wish there was something I could do to get my mind off of eating all the time.
On a side note, there was a potluck at work (chips, dip, cookies, cupcakes...) and I didn't eat any of it. VERY proud of myself for resisting :)
It'll get easier... or so I'm told.
