DEB,your constancy in your weight loss performance is astounding & a wonderful example of what *I* am striving for! Its *perfect* in the sense that it is a steady forward pace in the direction you aim for it to go! *I* am so proud of you & the efforts you put forth in achieving your goals! :D please invite me to do your No Eating After 7 Challenge.It will be hard as most days I'm too busy to eat before then but I WISH to put a STOP to that & there is no better time than the present,right?! :D

Good luck w/that - I find telling myself 'no' makes me nuts ~ so I work on 'no eating when not hungry'. Saw that challenge - didn't feel up to bucking my system, LOL>

I've joined too! But will just do no food after dinner because we sometimes have tea at 7 and the main thing for me is to not eat any chocolate(even dark chocolate) afterwards!

I think the person who made the challenge means no eating after dinner. Don't most people eat at 5:30 or 6 pm? I usually eat at 6:30 pm. So everyone who joined, good luck! I am looking forward to this challenge because I have been snacking too much at night. ;)

Yes we normally do but some days my girls are so tired and hungry they have to eat at 5pm already and my husband works long so we'll then eat together when they are in bed!
