There were days I was way under 1300 calories and a few days I went over. I just did not obsess about anything and did just fine. I lost a pound and I will try to keep the calories at 130. It is a doable number, providing it does not slow my metabolism.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
