UPDATE
Went to gym instead of working out on the Wii. Took a class called kickbox revolution. It was 30 minutes high-intensity kickboxing then 30 minutes fast spinning in the cycle room. Afterwards I meditated in the sauna. I liked the meditation thing on the Wii under balance games. Trying to stay still and focused for 180 seconds really brings my heart rate down after exercising. So I took that idea with me to the sauna and stayed in there for about 10 minutes. Weighed myself pre and post dinner. My night weight tonight is 188.8. How awesome is that. Can't wait for the morning so I can weigh myself and record my morning weight.
