I knew it was too good to be true dropping over a pound two days in a row! Yesterday was a good day, but I think I had too much sodium in some packaged rice. What a disapointment. I waited 2 hours from my original weigh in, drank more water, peed, drank more water, peed - okay it's not going back down today - face the music and record the gain. Hopefully, if it is water retention due to excess sodium it will GO AWAY in a day or two. These are the perils of weighing yourself daily.
