Had a great leg workout at gym today. Used the big boy bar(45lb) plus added 15 to each side for squats, did 2 grueling sets of leg presses,(with feet at 3 seperate spots on press)lunges with 25lb weight etc. Lunch was a salad with celery tops and chicken.

1040 kcal Fat: 35.86g | Prot: 116.05g | Carb: 67.46g.   Breakfast: Quest Vanilla Protein Shake , Young Green Onions (Tops Only), Fried Egg without Fat, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Coffee with Skim Milk, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Lunch: Tre Stelle Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast. Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Kroger Ribeye Steak. Snacks/Other: Halo Top Creamery Chocolate Ice Cream, Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese Wedges, Celery , Dcm choc chip bars, Sweet Cherries , Pistachio Nuts. more...

Where do you work out? When I move I might switch over to barbell work..right now I use heavy dumbbells but as it gets heavier it can get awkward

HCB, I workout at EOS fitness in Vegas. I usually workout 5-6 days a week. I take body pump 3xs a week and a step class twice a week. I use free weights, barbells, bands, and weighted balls. I start every workout with a little cardio. ( Bike, treadmill, or elliptical) When we travel I take circuit training with Letty (from FS) on zoom. She is great! I bring free weights and bands with me as well.

Thank u everyone else who commented. It's great to get feedback! Tomorrow is my heavy workout day. Bodypump and then a step class right after. Cardio is a must so I can enjoy some of those summer fruits I love!
