I love golf, what wonderful exercise. Tomorrow I am bowling in the Arkansas Senior Olympics in Harrison AR. What a hoot! All manners of seniors show up for this all day event. It is just a great day of fun. My lifetime maintenance is doing really well. I keep adding some clothes to my spring/summer collection. I still remain under my goal and yet I am eating good. Isn't life wonderful?
