Up a pound. Expected. I'll probably go up another tomorrow. I ate more than my allowance day before yesterday and yesterday plus I was on the injured reserve list so no work out. Woke up with stiff and sore neck and shoulder. Had a chiropractor appointment at 11 and she called it something that starts with a "T". She recommended I see my massage therapist, so I got an appointment with him and let him pretty much beat me up for an hour. I left there with instructions for a hot hot shower and stretching. It was painful, but it worked. Today I am back in action with only a slight twinge when I turn my head. Totally manageable. I work at my second job tonight which is good on many levels. Mostly, I don't have to cook for the family and be under pressure to eat what they eat when they eat it. Plus, at a restaurant, it's easy to make a salad or choose things that are already portioned so tracking calories is a breeze. Oh, and it keeps me on my feet and moving for 4 hours tonight. Much better than sitting on the couch watching Ghost Hunters which is what I'm going to do when I get home.
