Went to the doctor this morning, and I'm feeling pretty smug!
My blood pressure is waaaay down from where it used to be, heartrate is down, and the Dr was gung-ho about me continuing to do just what I've been doing. Now we need to get some bloodwork to make sure that the cholesterol and blood sugar levels are OK, and we're good to go!
Good to see that all the exercise and better eating are improving the inside just as much as the outside ^_^
