Barely made it through 20 min. of light biking yesterday, was wathcing every lil minute pass by, lol... Kinda felt dizzy afterward and felt I had little energy.Will try something light again today and see how I feel. I am congested pretty good and taking Mucinex to help with that. That stuff does def. work for congestion. GOD I HATE BEING SICK!!!!
