Ate a bunch of things that i should not have eaten. This whole thing is about self discipline and i think now that i am realizing what i did wrong this week, I will achieve my goals in the up-coming weeks.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week
