Amarok's Journal, 07 March 2009

This is my 3rd good work out day in a row. Tomorrow I should be able to get a workout in too and aside from having a bit too much fresh baked bread yesterday (but its been so long since I've had my own bread that well, it was hard not to eat a bit extra)

I had a total relax day yesterday. I watched 11 episodes of Due South while knitting a sock and for part of the time hanging out with a friend. But I also made time for 1-2 hours of exercise.

I hope I'm down a little. Its hard to say. I've been very good about keeping hydrated - so I might be up a bit because of that and because I had a few kind of badish days. But I feel healthy and back on track now and ready to face next week which could be kind of stressful, but I"m going to try and be smart now and get a bit ahead this afternoon before heading out to socialize this evening and I'm going to make some superhealthy (well, give or take a few thinnly spread chicken dogs pasta sauce to keep me eating healthy next week. It'll go nicely with the bread. Now the last tricks are to keep hydrated at work and squeeze a bit of exercise in.

I'll hopefully remember to weigh myself before drinking 3 glasses of water tomorrow.
