Hello friends and buddies,
(yes, Marvin's avatar is gone again, you can safely talk to me again)


Today is the first day of my twoday-silly-period, endulge me, it will pass the same as the gloomy moods pass...
I went to the hairdresser today, cut off maybe 20 cm off my hair and dyed it. It came out beautifully and i feel GREAT... It was my reward for hitting the 87.5 Kg point... I should make a selvie. Tonight i get to go to the gym again, really looking forward to that cus yesterday was a home-arms-day and i was only able to put in a lame 15 min effort, very disappointing. LEG-day for me, i kind of skipped armsday yesterday, but i think i can get away with that for once... "They" have been telling me i train too hard anyway (*lol*) I think they don't know me that well that's all. Maybe they know me better then i do, that's another possibility, it is at least 3 people that agree about it... My opinion is sung by Freddy:
"Don't stop me now, cus i'm having a good time!"

So Today one hour of non-stop LEG-Torment... lunges, squats, calve raises, lower back, lower abs, buttocs, hamstrings, balance and side-swings around the clock... and cycle ... I hope to feel msMole's spagghetti-legs when i'm done!

Weight is going fine, i been keeping to my goal perfectly, so the result (weightloss) is sure to follow, i have NO doubt at all about that. Isn't the world a wonderful place people?

MAUD! That haircut has done wonders for you! Your post has never been longer OR more readable..........but I've only had the pivilege of reading very few. :D Seriously,you look great. You sound great! And you are doing GREAT. I too hope you get MM's spaghetti legs !!

I really like your new hair. It turned out fantastic! Keep up the hard work in the gym. Leg days are fun, its the day or two afterwards that are the tougest!

Hahaha, I'm sure MrsMole can appreciate the celery legs joke. Your leg routine sounds BRUTAL!! I'm a wimp. I can do arm and shoulder stuff till the cows come home, but I get all out of breath easily when doing leg stuff. You go girl! Exciting about your new hairdo (coming from someone that just had it done a week ago and feel great).
