Saw a new low today. Hope it's here to stay and go on down further--and not up anymore!!! I'm going to work hard to ensure that. Altho I've already done one iffy thing today! That is, no work out!! I'll count today as my break-day...and continue working out the rest of the week including Sunday. I need to revamp and recharge my batteries anyway!
Food's been ok and on track. Breakfast: scrambled eggs (1) with scallions and celery and meatless crumbles (2) and cheese (0) coffee with half and half (4?) lunch: no time snack: peanuts (4) early dinner: lettuce with veggie stir fry w mock steak (7)
Total: 18 carbs
