Gained weight this weekend! Ugh! I was hoping to get down to 140 by the end of the week, but I failed. :(

**WORKOUT**
1. Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred"
2. 5 Minute Workout for Long & Sexy Legs
3. 5 Minute Workout for Toned & Lean Arms
4. 4 Minute Leg Workout to Burn Fat (Tabata style)
5. Thigh Exercises for Losing Fat (only did part of it)
6. Oblique Twists 2 sets of 30 (w/ two 8lb. weights)
7. Overhead Extensions (laying down) 2 sets of 20 (w/ two 8lb. weights)
144.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

It's ok! Most likely just water weight. Back on the wagon and you'll be there in no time!
