I wanted to say, from a continuance from my yesterday's ( Sunday's ) plan to eat what I want, but not go too crazy, worked out well for me! I was ready to jump back in this morning with " the routine " and wasn't beating myself up for screwing things up because I planned it this way this time. Still running a fever today but managed to still get my workout in too/ Feeling pretty darn good minus this virus thing. Hope this example I am sharing could maybe be of benefit for someone else!!! Happy Monday!!! :)
