I'm back today! I didn't record all weekend, and that wasn't good because I didn't eat well either. I did get my workouts in though, so I feel good about that. I felt terrible on Friday and for some reason that led to just not caring what I ate all weekend. Someday I'll learn. But, I've got my plan for this week and I'm going to do better. I'm working on more protein and less carbs, so we'll see how that goes.

It's supposed to be decent weather-wise here this week, so hopefully I'll get a couple of runs in. It will be nice to soak up some Vitamin D. :) I cut my run down by a minute on Saturday, I'm running more with my couch to 5K so it's to be expected I suppose. I actually ran for a whole mile at the end, so that was good. I may not be the fastest runner, but every time I finish my run I feel good. Toward the end I may have to keep telling myself to keep moving, just one foot in front of the other, but I am doing it and I'm proud of myself.

Have a great Monday!!

Goals for the week:
Stay under RDI
Exercise at least 5 days
More Protein
Less Carbs
Get the garden ready to be tilled

Awesome job with the runs Mar! I too have to really push myself to finish a full mile in run-mode lol. I know its all in my head, that I could probably run more than a mile straight but its the mental barrier that gets me. I saw a gym shirt that said "I run. Im slower than internet explorer with a dial-up connection, but I run." Hilarious, I must have it lol. I have pretty much the same goals for the week as you, and I totally blew it the last couple days so lets get to it, shall we? :-)

Yo, I just have to keep telling myself that I can do it, I just have to put one foot in front of the other. I think running outide helps because I can tell myself that I will run to that stop sign, or that street, then when I get there I try to push myself to the next street or sign. I'll have to get that shirt. Too funny! Eventually I'll be able to run the whole thing, but I'm not ashamed that I'm slow, at least I'm out there doing something. :)

I love that you have weekly goals. I always ask my husband on Sunday what his goals are for the week.
