So I found some brussle sprouts and I am gonna try Kats friggin delicoius spouts. Pilates was great today. I feel inspired to ride the bike as well.. I did not ride yesterday and I ate a truck load of pizza and went over calories. :P Trying to atone for the caloric sins of yesterday. :)

Brussels are amazing! I love them roasted in a HOT oven (450) til crispy with just olive oil, salt, and pepper. i could eat a whole tray of 'em!
