little low on protein, but i only rode my horse fr two hours, not very intensive today, so i should be ok... skipped home exercise i could not motivate myself today to walk through the pain... tomorrow steps and i'll take the adjecent class boxing to make up for it...

not enough fiber today, well you can only put so much fiber in your yoghurt right? or else you would be chewing it...

not enough potassium, still not a clue how to get it from 2000mg all the way up to 4000mg did take a pill that has 99mg in it, (not the 1000 it shows on the chart) but that is not nearly enough, and i am not educated in this subject enough as to why i cannot take more pills... so i won't...
So whats this deal with potassium? anyone has a golden tip for me?

I am not sorry i ate the plum-pie a very good friend of mine made it himself. actually i don't think it has nearly as much kcals in it as the chart states (300) cus my friend is very carefull with calories too. So much more plum then calories, i kind of hope that eating the plums will make up for the lack in fiber (*grin*) so i think 1590 kcal is a little overrated today,

But the scale will tell tomorrow... although i do not believe in fairytales, and a good loss in getting as rare as hitting snake-eyes 4 times in a row. So either way i am expecting a gain tomorrow. If only my body telling me that he is still in charge (*lol*)

well have a nice day all, thanks for checking in on me.
