AHHH so today i didnt weigh myself but i heard that if you eat the exact same amount of calories that your supposed to eat that you'll lose weight better and faster and i was like oh my gosh because i just finished entering my food for the day and i got my exact calorie match! it felt so cool but anyways its probably still good to eat under your calories and not over but im still excited that i ate my exact amount!
