2 Days off from excercise due to early meetings. evening run tonight and could only muster 2 1/2 miles. Back onroutine tomorrow. RDI unchanged, at about 500cals
208.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
