My sister is getting married on May 28th. I am her Matron of Honor. I got married last May 22nd. Since I got married, I have gained about 15 pounds. I've been in denial of this, because it's so much easier to ignore it. However, I now have to fit in a dress that will only look good on me if I slim down. I exercise regularly, but it seems that's not enough to lose weight or even keep me from gaining, so I need to change my diet at the same time. This site is to help me stay strong in the face of so much every day temptation.
