Food journal shows I'm not getting enough fiber. I want to be regular so I definitely need fiber. I looked up foods with a low net carb count and the best choice was flax seed. Bought some flax seed sesame crackers and some sharp cheddar spray cheese for flavor. Ummmm...Its only been an hour since and I'm hungry...and starting to get tingly like when my blood glucose starts to dip. I might be reading my symptoms wrong so I'm not going to worry too much. This is the first "unnecessary" carb I've had since 1/1/11. Maybe I should rearrange my snacks tomorrow and try these with peanut butter and save the spray cheese for celery.

Yay for me I got to poopy in the potty. Almost made me pee on myself though. These 8 cups of water are ferocious on the bladder. Especially with two organs trying to empty at the same time.
