Made a menu for family dinners. It seems to help. So, instead of coming home after a 10-11 hour work day and saying "oh crap, i didn't take anything out...let's get pizza". So now it makes it easier to have in mind what to cook right when I walk in the door, it's all defrosted and won't take too long. It's seeming to help. I started a new gym and met with a trainer. He said he's gonna kick my butt. I can only go 4 days a week, but I'll do the elliptical at my house the other days. I feel a heck of a lot better! Now...I just have to stay consistent!!
