Holy crap. Lol. So excited y'all. Lost an inch off my waist. So excited. Met my goal. But wont stop there. Baby steps. Healthy dust to all!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
