Well I'm back after a short hiatus. I had rotator cuff surgery so now I'm rearing to go. The upside is that I didn't gain any weight while just sitting around doing nothing. Here goes!

1433 kcal Fat: 46.38g | Prot: 61.33g | Carb: 184.03g.   Breakfast: Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, cooked brown rice, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon. Lunch: oven roasted potatoes, califonia mixed vegetables-uh, oven fried pork chop. Dinner: sauce sweet baby ray's , chicken fries, creamed spinach. more...
