Eh. I didn't (haven't been) do (ing) very well on my calories lately. Yesterday was obnoxious and completely uncalled for. But, I feel like crap though and I'm tired. Which just makes me wanna eat. I'll do better today (mean, the day is like half over).

Im right there with you Asarver. I feel like I got bummed that I didn't lose any last week when I busted ass so this week Im subconsciously saying "f-it". I need to get back on the diet wagon and really push myself. I saw some full body pictures a friend took of me at the park over the weekend and it totally bummed me out. I wanna get back to feelin FLY.

Whenever I don't feel well, physically or mentally, I tend to want to eat "comfort food". Making yourself do better today, even if only for half the day, just may give you the boost to do even better tomorrow. You can do this!!

I was telling a co-worker today that I'm tired and hungry. The two go hand in hand. I'm not sure of what the connection is but it's true and I've come to recognize it. When I'm at work I should stay far away from anything edible when I'm tired....maybe the boss will let me nap. Ha..Ha.
