OK! Here we go. I've been overweight since I can remember, through elementary school, high school and college. I'm 25 years old now, and I feel that the best days of my life are passing me by. There are things that I wish to do, that my being over-weight has prevented me to do. I'm becoming more self-conscious as I see friends that I graduated with losing weight, as well as people at work. I've never really tried to lose weight before consistently; I've been too easily discouraged before and gave up before I could get results. I absolutely hate exercising and love food, but figured I could give it a shot.
I consider myself sort of successful in my life, landing a great job out of college and being financially stable. This is the only part of my life I'm not happy with, and I'm truly hoping over the next few months that can be changed.
