Yay, finally... I'm one step closer lol. I think the key is not to eat anything late... and if you do, make sure it's something light. Hopefully this idea keeps working :). It's that time of the month too (ladies, you understand!) so natrually i have cravings for everything naughty haha. Luckily (and unluckily) I'm too broke to afford any of these things so it should work out in my weights favor haha.
254.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 94.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
