I think I'll make Mondays my weigh-in day. So for I've been doing fairly well. I'm going to try making some green thickies. See how much I like them. If they taste good enough I'll probably replace breakfast with one of them.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
