This not counting calories, points, carbs thing is really working! Now I just make sure to get nine portions of fruit and veg a day, two generous servings of grass fed or wild caught meat a day,no dairy, no grain, no legumes and no packaged food of any kind. I can eat as much as I need to feel full. My skin and hair look great, gastrointestinal problems are gone and pounds are melting off.
