A fantastic day, a fantastic result. Here is my trick - I ran for 3km which was about 30 minutes on the road, in the mrning. Then I waled for 30 minutes in the evening. And I ate moderatly, skipping dinner. 2KG!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
