Poor planning, to much stress at work, lack of sleep. I didn't lose any weight this week. Analyze it, learn from it, make new plan. Goal for this week, stick to the plan, work out 3 times this week. I work 12 hours shifts 4 work day/ 3 off then, 3 work day/ 4 off. then 5 to 10 hours overtime on the days off. Need to start working out for weight loss and stress relief. When I leave work leave issue at work.
