puhpine's Journal, 22 March 2014

Goodmorning,

Let me start this journal by stating that life is good and worth living, and i enjoy almost every second of it! The sun is shining, and i am looking forward to a complete day off tomorrow!

My foot kept me up all night again, taking asprine almost every 3 hours, sleeping a little and waking again with a throbbing foot. Now why is my foot suddenly hurting so bad as opposed to just a little bit a few days back. I claim that the rowing machine did something opposed from curing my foot. Well what did the rowing machine do for 10 minutes? every stroke it pulled my upper-foot down, pulling the tendons out, pulling the bones apart, stretching the foot. I'm trying to approach this scientific, because if i can "hurt" my foot like this in 10 minutes, there must be some opposed movement i can perform to cure the foot, maybe?
In my docters oppinion it is a sagged foot. I looked it up on google, it is a infliction where the foot lost a little of the support and bones sagged together pinching nerves and veins causing a bad bloodstream in the foot, making it feel like a bruise.
So first i have to spread the foot, create room in between the bones, to allow blood to flow, I been thinking about making the blood a little thinner, so it can pass a little easier along pinched veins. I have to push the bones back in, where the natural tendons can support the normal foot-posture, and i have to create musclestrength or some other natural way to keep the foot in the original position preventing it to sag again.

How i am going to do this? i do not yet know. The doctor was thinking about creating a sole for the shoe to "spread" the foot. I am not sure if that solves the whole problem because it does not adress the other problems. The way he wants to spread the foot (by lifting up the bottom of my sole between the toes) in my modest uneducated opinion will worsen the sagged-condition of my foot. Now i am allowed to call a specialist on monday, maybe he can answer the other questions like how to put the foot back into original position (if at all possible) and what muscles to strengthen or what exercises to do to support the right foot-posture.

I am going to try and thin up my blood a little, i haven't had alcohol in about a year or so, so that would be a fun experiment tonight (*lol*)

conclusion: life IS good.

apparently alcohol has LOTS of calories in it, now i know why my family members don't eat that much (*lol*) I decided for spare ribs today instead... rather be full then drunk (*lol*) i'll take some asprine, according to label it also thins the blood ... Oh this is a good day, i refuse to let life get to me today!

What your doctor is thinking of doing makes perfect sense to me as I have a special shoe that does just that. When I wear this shoe my foot is so much better, not cured but better. Asprin I think is a mild pain killer my doctor has me of Co-Codamol 35/50 which is a fairly strong pain killer and wow does it work for me. Good luck with you foot dear and think positive, at least the foot is stopping the ankles from wearing out lol

Just another thought...Asprin is used for blood thinning as well one per day keeps the blood thing.
