Normally I try to not weigh myself everyday, I tend to do it 2 or 3 times a week and consider the sunday one as the "official".

Last Sat. I had a heavy dinner, which caused that my sunday weigh in showed an increase of 600 grs. Even though I knew it was not possible that I had gained that much, it was still sad because that would still be my official weigh in. Since sunday, I have been weighin' myself everyday, hoping to see those 600 grs. down again (and the bar in my profile go orange). Well, today was the day! my number is back to what it was last saturday and I'm happy :)

Yesterday I arrived home late and got dressed to exercise, but then I got so tired just before starting that I decided to not do it. Lazy me, I regreted it so bad at night. But fortunately the weigh in today was still good.

I have exactly 2 months to lose some good kgs. and feel and look fit. This is my target, because I'm going to my country and I'll see my family and my friends and I want them to be surprised. The question is, how much can I really lose? 10 kgs to go according to my FS goal...but 10 kilos in 2 months doesn't sound realistic. - Ok perhaps with a lot of exercise and diet I can do it, but that's not what I want. I want to keep it sustainable as it has been these months, and I don't want to overpromise myself that I can exercise at least 1 hr. per day, every day. I know I won't.

So perhaps I can consider 6 kg.? sounds way more realistic, fair enough for 2 months, and something I really feel I can achieve.

On a separate note, yesterday I tried some trousers that I bought some time last year and never used. When I bought them they fit, but I felt insecure wearing them. When I tried them months after, they didn't even close, lol... (sad lol).

Yesterday they were a biiiiit loose! :) but strange enough I didn't feel secure wearing them, not yet. I'll give it another couple of weeks, then I'll definitely own them!

Trying clothes and feeling them loose is something I'm really enjoying.
