Well, today is day 10 and I will weigh myself next week. Im trying to not torture myself by weighing all the time. I am pretty scared to go on the scale and weigh 168 again. I dont want that. Ive been following diet 100% and I know I wont go back but I think it is a common fear for people. Last night, I wanted something sweet. So I made a cheesecake with stevia. Tried some nearly barfed. Stevia tastes like butt lol. Or could it be im beginning to not like sweets?
