well my weight kept climbing until I was at 194 at the dr office and 190 here. I finally went to a barriactric clinic for non surgical weight loss. He put me on a high protein 1200 diet and told me to exercise 7 days a week and drink plenty of water. I have been doing that and this morning 3 weeks into it I weighed 186. That is 4 lbs down. I wish it was more, but I don't know if I can cut my calories low enough to do that. I will try to be more strict. This Friday we are supposed to go to Eva"s for Taco soup and people will bring stuff. I am sure it will be fatening. I will not eat it. That is the only thing I can doo. People will comment, but I have to not be embarrised and stick to my own needs. I need and want to lose weight. Monday is the band night, at least there I have control over what I eat. I better stay away from alcohol. That really throws a wrench in things. I am trying my version of Karens egg diet. I am really eleminating all carbs except grapefruit and salad ie cucumbers, tomatoes etc. I will have to post my weight in a week.
