I can smell 1 stone.... It feels so close now.... I wanted 1 stone off in a month (by the end of March) would love it if I could do that!!! I'm getting there!!

186.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
