Thanks to all my buddies and supporters, everyone for comments. I have to go for my walk before I answer my messages or my walk won't get done! I am thinking of you and wishing you well! Have a great weekend! :)
181.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
