LOL that number was very surprising this morning. I'm laughing about it. I just got back from vacation spending 2 nights in Atlanta and 5 in Mexico. The first two nights were bad with food because I fell back into the same trap of "I have to eat it because I paid for it". But the next five nights, split between Cancun and Riviera Maya, I was much more sensible because the meals were all-inclusive, and rarely finished my plate. I've never been so regular in my life! Going at least once and sometime twice per day. I stayed with the proteins and vegetables and wasn't interested in desserts. We walked everywhere and that means we walked a lot; several miles a day shopping, exploring, going back and forth from our rooms (the second furthest building from the action on our resort). Now, we drank a lot of alcohol. I mean a ton. I drank more fluids (alcohol and water) combined than I drink in any average day back home. So I'm looking forward to sweating it out in the gym this week and hopefully being back down to 188 by Monday.

The weird thing is though, I feel like I've lost weight. At work today, everyone has been complimenting me on my weight loss. Can someone explain how I'm apparently heavier but look skinnier?
