Since I can't add my workout routine manually I will Just add it here!
Precor Crossramp Manual I did Intervals every 5 minutes for 40 minutes the cool down last 5 minutes.
Ramp 10 Resistance 10 then Ramp 16 Resistance 12 after 40 minutes cool down last 5 with ramp 6 resistance 6 1st minute forward next 2 backwards the last 2 forward. Burned 582 calories per machine.
Then Cybex weight machines.
Rear/Fly Delt- 3 sets 15 reps 60lbs. each rear 3sets fly 3 sets
Lat Pulldown- 3 sets 15 reps 75lbs
Row- 3 sets 15 reps 105lbs
Chest Press- 3 sets 12 reps 45lbs
Overhead press- 3 sets 12 reps 40lbs
Arm extensions- 3 sets 15 reps 55lbs
Bicep curls- 3 sets 12 reps 50lbs
Abd. Machine- 3 sets 25 reps 95lbs
Back Extensions- 3 sets 20 reps 105lbs
Hip. ADD/ABD.- 3 sets 15 reps 92.4lbs ADD 3 sets ABD. 3 sets
Standing Ab. 3 sets 7- geez these need work!!
I have been working out since May 2010 and still have a ways to go. Im happy with my success to date. I have alot more to lose but i've come along way.
