Had a check up at the doctos. Asked about Lipotrim. She didnt think it was a good idea and generally does not like it. She recommended Orlistat, a drug that can help you lose weight by intefering with the way fat is digested and absorbed into the body. She gave me some info on it and told me to come back for a prescription if i wanted to try it. She said it would cost about £40-£50 for a months prescription and i'm not sure i want to spend money like that if i can do it of my own accord. We'll see, i'm going to look into it.
