I started jogging last week in an attempt to further reduce my weight. I have no more than three weeks to go to reach my goal weight. It has been a sacrifice. I have enjoyed getting back into jogging, it has also helped me to burn up my sugar calories. I was scratching into my skin a lot, causing sores; the jogging has helped a lot in burning up the injested sugars from coffee and wine, as well as other foods: salad dressing, barbeque sauce, and corn. I am pleased with this week's result, let us hope I could continue this downward trend. I am afraid of when I resume eating, how much weight I am going to put back on.
