Steady since yesterday, which is a little surprising....it was a high-intensity day on the job, which usually means extra calorie burn due to the anxiety. I won't complain about holding steady overnight though.

And I may need to whip up some more of that peanut butter oatmeal this morning....
158.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
