I read somewhere that if you can do a workout when you feel sick, it may kick start your immune system and your body can fight off the cold more efficiently and you can recover faster. THAT was my plan this morning. I still have a pretty wicked sore throat, but I feel pretty good otherwise. I also feel more strength and mental clarity at work when I work out in the AM...
