Did really well today. I even kept under 1200 cals. I'm not sure how to stop the 1200 cal a day challange that I entered. I think for me, just making sure that I am under 1500 daily, will do it as far as the scale going down and changing my plan as I started working on today. So I hope my buddies are in good spirits and reaching their own goals. I noticed that this past week didn't look so great in a whole for alot of folks. Spring is in the air so this week will surely be awesome!!! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through my week when I was down and needed it!!! :)
