started my new diet regimen this weekend :) i managed to lose weight! i am going to weigh myself everyday, for me, this will help me stay focused and motivated :)
181.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
