Just realized I was entering the wrong amounts for some food, oops. It had saved it from the time before when I are more and I used it as that. Guess I only ate a little over 1,000 calories yesterday, no wonder I felt funny yesterday and still have a headache today.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
