Well today was a long day. I was helping out with food for the family, etc for our friends' wake from 12:30-9:30 tonight. My daughter ended up having strep throat so thankfully my husband could leave work and take her to the doctor. Needless to say there has been a lot going on! The funeral will be tomorrow. There was a huge amount of people there all day long. I am trying to figure out when I can work out- I will try to go tomorrow afternoon when I get home to bike and run. The rest of the week is just as non-stop but I really want to be prepared for Sunday. I am feeling fat and think my weight is up some too, but I am not sure at this minute. I just know I need to be careful and do what I can in this extra busyness. I'll check in when I can. Hope you all are well.
