Still stuck 😏. This constant getting stuck for weeks on end is frustrating! Need to change it up. I'm going to be coming back her more often as I will soon be saying good-bye to WW due to finances. I will miss the meetings and all the encouragement and tips I received from the members. Hopefully I've learned enough to continue this journey on my own.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My weight is the same way and I follow my atkins/ketogenic diet to the T. It gets frustrating but I try to stay positive. Just pick a diet system that works for you and remember, sometimes we have to tweak some of the diet to make it work for us. Stay positive.
